As our litigation practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our Poughkeepsie office.
What You'll Do
You will manage and support a broad range of civil litigation matters while working closely with experienced attorneys in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include:

Handling matters through all phases of litigation

Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and legal memoranda

Conducting depositions and witness interviews

Managing discovery and document review

Appearing in court for conferences, hearings, and motion practice

Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations

Developing litigation strategy and case evaluation

Maintaining direct communication with clients and opposing counsel

Supporting trial preparation and trial proceedings
