We hire experienced professionals for roles in landscape maintenance, enhancements, snow operations, and field leadership and we are looking for an Landscape Account Manager to join our team.

PAY RANGE:
$80,000 - 85,000 annually (On-target annual earnings exceed $110K+ through a combination of base salary, hourly snow compensation, and performance bonuses.)

SHIFT:
This is Monday through Friday, weekends as needed for business needs, notably during snow season as necessary.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Riverview is seeking a motivated, customer-facing professional with landscaping sales experience to become our Account Manager. This is a full-time position with a compensation mix of base pay, plus commission. You will be expected to work from our Branch office location while also traveling to meet potential and existing customers. This role will report directly to the local Branch Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring customer retention, generating new enhancement sales, and quoting new maintenance accounts, with a focus on commercial customers.
Build and maintain a pipeline (CRM) of prospective customers (businesses, malls, hospitals, parks, schools), outreach to these customers, respond to customers’ initial inquiries with a site visit or phone call
Create a scope of work for potential customers; design and provide estimates for landscaping enhancement jobs (garden beds, plant installations, etc.)
Submit client bids
Be the main point of contact for all customers, and liaison between customers and our operations team.
Ensure the highest level of customer service and that all contracts are properly serviced
Perform routine property walks, communicate regularly with property managers & customers, and coordinate all services with their accounts. 
Work with our branch Field Operations Manager to complete the jobs within budget
Regularly communicate timeline of services to clients; assist with accounts receivable as needed
Ensure that urgent situations are addressed and executed properly
Develop annual renewal plans and work with clients to ensure the highest level of renewal.
Maintain day-to-day working knowledge of all contracts in progress, including field completion status.
Mandatory to assist with snow and ice removal during winter snow season

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years professional experience in landscape sales to commercial and/or residential customers
Ability to design and bid jobs according to complex customer needs within profitability targets
Knowledge of hardscaping and landscaping installation
Aptitude for construction methods, materials, codes and regulations
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Experience with contract management software; Aspire preferred
