Build a Career in Interventional Psychiatry
Revitalize Clinics is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatrist, or other qualified psychiatric prescriber (No Physician Assistants [Sorry]) who wants to do more than routine medication management.
Our clinics specialize in evidence-based interventional psychiatry, including:
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
- IV and IM ketamine therapy
- Spravato® (esketamine)
- Psychiatric medication management
- Trauma-informed treatment
- Psychotherapy and integration support
- Collaborative, whole-person mental health care
Our goal is not simply to manage symptoms indefinitely. We want to help people make meaningful progress, improve functioning, and ultimately need less intensive treatment over time.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced psychiatric provider or a motivated new graduate who wants hands-on experience with some of the fastest-growing areas of modern psychiatry. This is truly rewarding and life changing work for the clients that we treat.
What You’ll Do
You will provide psychiatric care while working closely with our clinical and support teams.
Responsibilities may include:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Diagnose and treat depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, treatment-resistant depression, and related psychiatric conditions.
- Develop individualized medication and treatment plans.
- Evaluate patients for TMS, ketamine therapy, and Spravato.
- Provide or clinically oversee IV, IM, and oral ketamine treatment when appropriate.
- Place intravenous catheters regularly.
- Provide Spravato treatment in accordance with REMS requirements and clinical protocols.
- Participate in TMS treatment planning, clinical oversight, motor thresh-hold determination (mapping) and progress monitoring.
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, and alternatives.
- Monitor treatment response using clinical assessments and standardized outcome measures.
- Collaborate with therapists, TMS technicians, nursing staff, integration providers, and other members of the treatment team.
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in the electronic health record.
- Participate in clinical case reviews and treatment planning.
- Help improve clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and patient experience.
- Potentially participate in research, education, program development, or leadership initiatives as the organization grows.
Who We’re Looking For

- DEA registered or eligible to obtain DEA registration.
- Available to work regularly scheduled Saturdays as part of your normal work schedule.
- Interested in learning advanced psychiatric treatment modalities.
- Comfortable treating patients with complex and treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions.
- Proficient with intravenous access starting
- Thoughtful, compassionate, ethical, and clinically curious.
- Comfortable working collaboratively rather than practicing in isolation.

Experience with TMS, ketamine therapy, Spravato, treatment-resistant depression, or trauma-focused care is highly valued but not required.
We provide training and mentorship for qualified clinicians who are new to interventional psychiatry.
