Sort and inspect harvested agricultural products on a conveyor line.

Remove husks, stalks, weeds, damaged or moldy products, and other nonconforming materials.

Maintain product quality standards while working at a steady pace.

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

Follow all safety procedures around moving equipment and conveyors.

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Demonstrate dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Previous experience in agriculture, farming, harvesting, general labor, landscaping, warehouse, or production environments preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and remain focused on quality.

Comfortable standing, sitting, reaching, twisting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Able to work in dusty conditions and around elevated noise levels.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a team.

Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

Farm hand, agricultural, warehouse, inventory, or landscaping experience.

This position is performed in a busy agricultural setting with moving conveyor systems, dust, and moderate to high noise levels. You'll work alongside a team of approximately 25 employees dedicated to delivering high-quality harvest products. Long pants are required, and steel-toe shoes are not required for sorting positions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.75/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
