Full Job Description

UofL Health - Jewish Hospital and UofL Health - South Hospital are offering a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified cath lab RNs. We also offer $10/hour specialty pay in addition to the base pay rate.

About the Unit

The Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab is a circulator in a procedure room responsible for documentation, monitoring and sedating patients undergoing Cardiac Catheterization and Intervention.

About Jewish Hospital

Jewish Hospital, part of UofL Health, is an internationally renowned, high-tech tertiary referral center, developing leading-edge advancements in hand and microsurgery, heart and lung care, orthopedics and sports medicine, neuroscience, organ transplantation and outpatient care. The hospital is the site of the world’s first successful hand transplant and AbioCor® implantable replacement heart procedures, in addition to the first trial of adult cardiac stem cells in chronic heart failure. Required Qualifications

Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
Prior RN work experience in ICU, ED, or Cardiac PCU inpatient units
Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Associate’s degree from accredited college or University
