Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head <PERSON> to lead and oversee all aspects of <PERSON> operations within our organization. This pivotal role demands a passionate leader with a strong background in food service, culinary arts, and hospitality management. As the Head <PERSON>, you will drive excellence in food quality, safety, and team performance while ensuring seamless coordination across departments. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire <PERSON> department, including kitchen operations, food production, and service teams
Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure high-quality dining experiences aligned with brand standards
Supervise staff performance, provide coaching, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team
Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, hygiene standards, and health regulations
Manage inventory control, procurement, and cost control measures to optimize resources and reduce waste
Coordinate catering events and banquet services with precision to ensure customer satisfaction
Implement effective shift management strategies to ensure smooth daily operations across all departments

Skills

Extensive banquet experience combined with supervising teams in high-volume settings
Strong background in dietary department management and food safety practices
Proven expertise in food production, kitchen management, and culinary arts within fine dining or upscale hospitality environments
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams in restaurant or catering settings
Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and food handling procedures
In-depth knowledge of food service management, menu planning, and catering operations
Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality excellence and serving guests
