Overview:

As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, leading our cleaning teams, ensuring top-notch service, and working closely with clients to exceed their expectations. You’ll take charge of daily operations, support your team, and help keep things running smoothly, with the opportunity to make a real impact on the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and train janitorial staff, ensuring they’re supported, well-organized, and working at their best. Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
Client Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling concerns, addressing questions, and ensuring satisfaction through regular communication.
Scheduling & Coordination: Plan work schedules for janitorial teams, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts. Manage logistics and staffing for daily operations.
Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and service quality meet company standards. Address any issues and implement solutions as needed.
Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety protocols, ensuring that team members handle equipment and cleaning products properly. Provide regular training on safety procedures.
Inventory Management: Track cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating with supply teams to ensure everything is stocked and ready for use.
Collaboration: Work closely with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure janitorial services meet the needs of every account.
Emergency Response: Act as the point of contact during janitorial emergencies, ensuring swift resolution and a safe working environment.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of operations, including schedules, inspection reports, and incident logs. Provide regular updates to management on performance and improvement areas.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: Prior janitorial experience is required. Leadership experience in cleaning operations is preferred.
Leadership Skills: A natural leader with the ability to motivate, train, and guide teams to success.
Communication: Strong communication skills for building relationships with clients and staff, with a focus on problem-solving and collaboration.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and keep operations running smoothly.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality, ensuring that services meet high cleanliness standards.
Safety-Oriented: Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to creating a safe working environment.
Technical Skills (a plus): Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems or similar software is helpful but not required.
Bilingual preferred (Spanish or Portuguese)
