Full Job Description

Siena Restaurant is growing, and we are now hiring full-time restaurant general managers. Candidates must have at least 2 years of prior restaurant management experience in a full-service dining atmosphere. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and unflappable demeanor to manage one of our high-volume restaurants and who can win over our customers and staff! Position can be located in any of our 2 existing, or future, locations: East Greenwich and Smithfield.

Candidates must have experience/knowledge in the following areas:

Front of the House Operations Management.
Hiring, training, scheduling, mentoring and terminating staff),
Liquor inventory and cost management (xtraChef knowledge is preferred)
Proficiency with Toast POS system
Microsoft office (Excel and Word).
Proficiency with Hot Schedules or Sling scheduling software
Requirements:
Candidates must have full availability
Associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with shift scheduling using Sling and/or Hot Schedules
At least 18 months of restaurant management experience working as a FOH manager.
