Industrial Painter Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$21.00 to $24.00 /hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)

Responsible for the surface preparation and paint operations in support of fabricating wind turbine towers.
Equipment and processes include wash equipment, blast hose disbursing metal grit, metallizing equipment.
Setup blasting. metalizing and paint equipment by setting parameters and making adjustments
Utilize wash, blast metalize and paint equipment and tooling to prep and paint the internal and external surface of a tower section

Industrial Painter Qualifications:

1 year work experience in heavy fabrication industry, surface prep and/or paint industry, construction or other related field
Must be able to read and interpret production drawings and technical work instructions
Standing and or walking for periods up to 3 hours
Frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds from floor to shoulder height
Use of hand tools weighing up to 15 pounds

Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
