Telesales / Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Know and comply with the sales cycle while meeting established annual objectives and goals. This role is primarily responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound prospecting, lead generation, follow-up, and remote sales meetings.

The Telesales Representative will identify potential clients, qualify leads, nurture prospects, maintain existing customer relationships, and present technology solutions that help clients achieve their business goals while supporting the company's revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Serve the Puerto Rico market as the primary market, with the U.S. market as a secondary market.
Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls to prospective clients daily.
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and database follow-up.
Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
Identify, qualify, and develop leads into sales opportunities.
Schedule and conduct remote sales meetings and presentations with prospects and clients.
Identify client needs and present technology solutions aligned with business challenges and opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to support retention and upselling opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competition to identify new leads and sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and regular sales activity reports.
Maintain accurate prospecting activity, follow-ups, pipeline status, and customer information within the CRM.
Participate in ongoing sales coaching, product training, and professional development activities.
Meet or exceed individual sales and activity goals.

Qualifications

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and customer relationship management.
Comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone.
Persuasive communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Work Experience

One (1) year or more of experience in telesales, inside sales, outbound sales, lead generation, customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
Experience in cold calling, prospecting, or business development is highly desirable.
Experience selling technology solutions is a plus but not required.
Recent graduates with strong communication skills, ambition, and a genuine interest in building a career in Sales and Business Development are encouraged to apply.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
