Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and meticulous Data Entry Specialist to enhance our administrative operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and organizing client information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the business formation process. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately manage and maintain client and business formation documentation.
Ensure all client information is updated and processed according to regulatory requirements.
Interface with various digital systems to retrieve and organize necessary documentation.
Make outbound calls to clients to follow up on cases or provide resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns.
Assist in the development and implementation of organizational systems and processes.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' administrative office experience or a related field.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to navigate and utilize POS as well as CRM systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively.
A proactive attitude towards finding and implementing solutions to operational challenges.
A career oriented mindset based on constant development and optimization.
Familiarity with business formation, LLC operations, or legal administrative tasks is a plus.
