Full Job Description

Resource Innovations is seeking Solution Delivery Manager to join our growing team in San Juan, PR. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Delivery Manager with a strong background in energy efficiency to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Delivery Manager you will have a highly visible role both internally and externally and will be responsible for developing short and long-term implementation plans, leading program implementation activities, developing trusted relationships with key partners and the utility client.

Duties and Responsibilities

Delivers successful energy efficiency programs to utility client(s) per contract terms and program budgets.
Identifies, defines, quantifies, tracks and drives program deliverables to be submitted accurately and on time.
Continuously assesses project progress to goal and develops innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.
Manages, leads, and mentors a dynamic team by setting and reviewing performance standards and objectives for direct reports and creates effective delivery teams.
Manages client expectations, satisfaction, communications, and resolves and/or escalates client issues.
Interfaces with key internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance and HR to develop efficiencies to meet program needs.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business is required, Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in energy-efficiency or a related field required. 3 years of direct supervisory experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross functional teams under tight deadlines
Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills
Experience integrating software products into service offerings
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required (written and verbal)
Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

Ability and experience in short and long-range planning and strategy.
Technical acumen regarding residential & business energy use and/or building science.
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and self-direct your work.
Proficient in establishing job and work process flows.
Positive, action-oriented attitude showing initiative and creativity.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $95,000 - $171,000. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
