CNC Machinist / Programmer

Integrity Tennessee, Inc.

About the Role

Integrity Tennessee is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer who takes pride in efficiency, quality, and teamwork. This role is responsible for developing and running high-quality CNC programs that maximize machine uptime while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

If you enjoy solving machining challenges, optimizing programs, and working in a professional manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Program efficient CNC tool paths to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
Conduct pre-programming reviews to ensure accuracy and manufacturability
Communicate program timing, runtime, and machine issues with team members and leadership
Create tooling requests and manufacture required tooling (cutters, tool sets, etc.)
Set up workpieces including cores, cavities, and components
Ensure the quality of machined parts and meet engineering specifications
Meet Shoptalk job deadlines and production schedules
Record and track machine downtime using PULSE
Proactively identify and report issues affecting machine uptime
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Use Tebis software proficiently
Promote a positive, professional, team-oriented work environment
Work required hours based on production workload
Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

CNC machining and programming experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of efficient tool path development
Experience with machine setup and tooling
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Safety & Training

OSHA safety training
Crane operation training
Forklift operation training

(Training may be provided if not currently certified)
