Full Job Description

We are a successful, firmly established law firm with deep roots and a trusted reputation in Western Washington. As part of our long-term strategic vision, we are leveraging our existing institutional infrastructure and strong financial backing to expand into a brand-new practice area and a high-velocity growth model. To fuel this expansion, we are deploying a competitive, enterprise-scale ad spend engine in partnership with a newly retained digital marketing agency.

Core Responsibilities

Legal Intake: Answer high-intent inbound calls and priority marketing alerts from individuals facing urgent legal crises.Confidently navigate financial sticker shock utilizing specialized consumer payment matrices and automated outside legal financing application portals.
CRM Administration: Own, audit, and optimize our cloud-based Clio stack, building automated email pipelines, SMS drip sequences, and retrospective lead follow-ups.
Data Integrity: Maintain database accuracy with technical system tagging to track conversion efficiency margins.

Required Qualifications & Mindset

Legal Intake/Sales: Minimum 1 years of dedicated experience in legal client intake, (Required).
CRM Architecture: Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience executing setup, workflow building, and database tracking inside a high-level CRM platform, preferably Clio. (Preferred)
Schedule Flexibility: Absolute willingness and ability to handle an evening and weekend on-call to capture critical, after-hours emergency inquiries. (Required)

Compensation

Guaranteed Base Salary: $80,200.00 annually ($6,683.33 per month).
Performance Incentive: Lucrative, performance-tied volume milestones and conversion efficiency matrices.
Total Earning Potential: Expected annualized trajectory of $100,000 to $130,000+ per year (uncapped) .
