Join our dynamic dental team as an Associate Dentist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and comprehensive dental services. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Perform general dentistry procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics with precision and care.
Administer local anesthesia and sedation techniques in accordance with best practices and safety standards.
Utilize dental imaging technology and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
Maintain detailed and compliant medical records using electronic health record systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA regulations to protect patient safety and confidentiality.
Communicate effectively with patients about their diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care to foster trust and understanding.
Collaborate with team members on complex cases involving orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, dental implants, oral surgery, or endodontics.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to continually improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Valid state licensure as a Dentist with current DEA registration if applicable.
Proven experience in general dentistry within a clinical or dental office environment.
Proficiency with electronic health records systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control standards.
Skilled in performing dental procedures including extractions, root canals, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant placements.
Ability to communicate clearly with patients of diverse backgrounds and explain complex procedures in understandable terms.
Familiarity with healthcare diagnosis processes and medical documentation requirements under HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Knowledge of medical imaging technology for diagnostic purposes.
