Full Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Multi-Site Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-established apartment community in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands the balance between resident satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance.

This is a live off-site position (no on-site housing provided). Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with flexibility for evenings or weekends as operational needs arise.

What You’ll Do

As Multi-Site Community Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and operations of the community, including:

Overseeing leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and financial administration
Managing lease execution, renewals, and compliance documentation
Monitoring rent collections, posting payments, addressing delinquencies, issuing notices, and participating in eviction proceedings when necessary
Serving as the primary point of contact for residents, resolving concerns professionally and efficiently
Executing and adjusting marketing strategies to support occupancy and revenue goals
Ensuring timely unit turns, preventive maintenance programs, and prompt work order completion
Coordinating and supervising third-party vendors and service providers
Reviewing vendor contracts and partnering with leadership on approvals
Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant regulations
Communicating effectively with regional leadership and escalating issues as appropriate

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings both experience and professionalism to the role:

5+ years of multifamily experience, including community management, leasing, and resident relations
Strong working knowledge of Yardi Voyager and CRM systems
Solid financial and bookkeeping skills
Thorough understanding of Fair Housing and tenant law
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Service-minded leader who works well independently and as part of a team
College degree or property management certification preferred, but not required
