Full Job Description

Join the team at Chef's Palette, where creative cuisine, thoughtfully curated wines, and genuine hospitality come together to create memorable dining experiences. We're looking for experienced servers who are passionate about exceptional service, enjoy building relationships with guests, and take pride in delivering an elevated dining experience.

As a Fine Dining Server, you'll guide guests through our menu, offer thoughtful recommendations, and ensure every visit reflects the high standards Chef's Palette is known for.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service throughout each guest's dining experience
Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and recommend food, wine, cocktails, and daily features
Accurately enter food and beverage orders using our POS system
Deliver food and beverages with attention to detail, timing, and presentation
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to ensure an exceptional dining experience
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings
Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Maintain clean, organized service stations and dining areas throughout each shift
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Qualifications

Previous serving experience required; upscale or fine dining experience preferred
Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails or a willingness to learn
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Comfortable using POS systems and handling guest payments accurately
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
