Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dry Cleaner Manager to lead our professional cleaning team in delivering exceptional garment care and sanitation services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and manage a motivated team dedicated to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive custodial and industrial cleaning experience, and a passion for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

Supervise daily dry cleaning operations, ensuring all garments are processed efficiently and meet quality standards
Lead and motivate staff by providing clear direction, training, and ongoing support in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
Oversee the implementation of sanitation and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for employees and clients
Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
Conduct routine inspections of work areas to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with industry regulations
Coordinate with clients to address special requests or concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity and teamwork

Skills

Extensive experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or industrial cleaning environments
Proven supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership in a fast-paced setting
Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques
Excellent managerial communication skills for effective staff supervision and client interactions
Ability to oversee janitorial operations within hospitality or housekeeping contexts effectively
Skilled in managing laundry processes related to garment care or hospitality services
Demonstrated capability in managing team supervision, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency
