Marketing Assistant (PRN)

Join Luma Dental Studio

Luma Dental Studio is a modern, patient-centered dental practice committed to creating exceptional experiences while building meaningful relationships within our community. We are looking for an outgoing, dependable, and creative Marketing Assistant who is passionate about connecting with people and helping grow a local business.

This is an entry-level, PRN (as-needed) position with no guaranteed set schedule. Hours will vary based on marketing events, community outreach opportunities, and practice needs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income while maintaining another job or other commitments. Must be available evenings and weekends. No all but some.

As Luma Dental Studio continues to grow, this position has the potential to develop into a consistent part-time or full-time role for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

Represent Luma Dental Studio at community events, networking opportunities, health fairs, and local businesses.
Build relationships within the community to increase awareness of our practice.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Create, edit, and schedule content for social media and other marketing channels.
Help coordinate promotional events, giveaways, and outreach initiatives.
Capture photos and videos for social media and marketing content.
Conduct market research and monitor marketing performance.
Assist with administrative marketing tasks and maintain organized marketing materials.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Schedule & Availability

PRN (as-needed) position with no guaranteed weekly hours.
Must have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as many community events and networking opportunities occur outside of normal business hours.
Must be reliable, punctual, and available when scheduled.
Ideal for someone seeking supplemental income while maintaining another job or pursuing other commitments.
Opportunity to transition into a regular part-time or full-time schedule as the practice continues to grow.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position. Prior marketing experience preferred.
Experience in marketing, communications, customer service, sales, event planning, or community outreach is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Experience with Canva, social media platforms, photography, or content creation is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to attend community events.
Comfortable speaking with the public and promoting the practice.
Ability to lift and transport marketing materials for events when needed.
