Full Job Description

Overview
BTR Contracting is rapidly expanding and is in search of a commercial project superintendent to join our growing team. This job will require previous construction and some level of management experience. Experience with roofing, siding, decks, and/or gutters is a plus. The position will entail managing crews, running projects, and working collectively with the rest of the BTR team. Duties

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Manage subcontractors and coordinate with various trades to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Utilize construction management software, including Procore and Bluebeam, for project tracking and documentation.
Review project schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation during the building process.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to address any issues or changes in scope.
Implement safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations on-site.
Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Experience

Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of contract management and the ability to interpret contract documents effectively.
Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam for project documentation and tracking.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
