Job Summary

Company: Cotton-In Wholesale Apparel
Location: Ontario, CA (Remote/Hybrid Considered)
Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Contract

About Us

Cotton-In is a growing wholesale blank apparel company supplying T-shirts, hoodies, fleece, and other apparel to screen printers, embroiderers, promotional product companies, schools, and distributors throughout the United States.

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to help grow our customer base by contacting prospective customers, maintaining existing accounts, and scheduling appointments for our outside sales team.

Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers from our CRM and lead lists by phone and email.
Qualify leads and introduce our wholesale apparel product line.
Schedule appointments for the outside sales representative.
Follow up with customers after meetings, sample deliveries, and quotes.
Build relationships with existing customers and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information and notes in the CRM.
Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Help reactivate inactive customer accounts.
Meet weekly goals for outbound calls, appointments, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, appointment setting, or business development preferred.
Excellent communication and phone skills.
Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
Organized with strong follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Experience in the apparel, promotional products, or wholesale industry is a plus.

Compensation
