Join a precision-driven team where your skills matter. We're hiring experienced CNC Lathe Operators and Setup Technicians to work in our advanced, climate-controlled facility in Corona, CA.

Two shifts available: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
(Overtime available)
Location: Corona, CA
Direct Hire – Not a temp position

What You’ll Do

As a CNC Lathe Operator/Setup Technician, you’ll be responsible for advanced setups, precision machining, and ensuring quality throughout production. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Performing advanced setups and operating CNC lathes (Haas & DMG Mori)
Reading and interpreting complex blueprints, drawings, and prototype sketches
Machining parts to tight tolerances using various materials (plastics, aluminum, etc.)
Conducting in-process inspections and verifying parts meet all specifications
Managing tool changes, recognizing wear, and performing sharpening as needed
Collaborating with leads to troubleshoot equipment and product issues
Documenting work accurately and maintaining a clean, organized workstation

Requirements

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of CNC lathe setup experience required
Experience with:
DMG Mori Mill Turn/Mori Seiki 3-axis lathes with Fanuc controls
Haas 2- & 3-axis lathes with Haas controls
Experience sharpening tools and working with plastics and aluminum is a plus

Skills & Abilities:

Proficient in reading blueprints and GD&T
Strong machine math skills
Accurate use of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and complete documentation
High attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
Fluent in English (reading and writing) for traveler instructions and documentation

Compensation & Benefits
