We are currently seeking Compounders to join our 2nd and 3rd shifts located at our manufacturing facility in Wharton, NJ.

What you will do:

Compounders will oversee pre-weigh function and preparation of compounding documentation. Also, pre-weighs and compounds all ingredients for the batch of products and starts up the molding process.

· Prepares batch sheet listing all raw materials and calculates extensions.

· Pre-weigh batches using appropriate scales and dispensing tools.

· Maintains the batch control log and rank cleaning log and ensures that it is current.

· Assures that all re-weigh procedures are followed, and pre-weigh work sheets are completed correctly.

· Take samples of batch for Quality Control analysis as required by the procedure.

· Appropriately drain completed batch into proper storage containers.

· Completes all other duties as assigned by department manager.

Requirements:

· Must have 2 years of direct experience compounding/mixing cosmetic or personal care formulations

· Must be available to work the following shifts:

2ndshift (3pm – 7am)

3rdshift (11pm – 7am)

· Must be available to train on first shift (7:00am - 3:00pm)

· Understand written procedures such as Batch Records and SOP's

· Speaks, writes, and reads English (Spanish is a plus)

· Good Mathematical aptitude

· Understand Safety Procedures

· Overtime required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
