Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented receptionist to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support for probate and estate planning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while supporting complex legal processes. The right candidate will also be willing to go out to lunch with the office each Tuesday for Taco Tuesday.

Duties

Manage and organize legal documents using document management systems.
Conduct thorough document review and proofreading to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, phone etiquette handling inquiries professionally, and maintaining organized files both physically and electronically.
Assist attorneys in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, evidence logs, and witness information as needed.
There will be travel required between the Rathdrum Office and Post Falls Office.

Qualifications

Interest in estate planning and probate is preferred.
Experience with document management systems like Clio or Google Drive is highly preferred, but not required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Demonstrated writing skills for drafting documents and correspondence clearly and professionally.
Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all materials.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks such as filing and record keeping.
Exceptional phone etiquette combined with strong organizational skills to support seamless office operations.
This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise while contributing meaningfully to our team’s success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
