What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with prospective members, learn about their goals, and help them choose the membership and fitness options that best support their success.
- Build lasting relationships by delivering an outstanding experience and providing exceptional customer service.
- Generate new business through referrals, community involvement, networking, social media, and other lead generation efforts.
- Follow up with prospective members while consistently working toward individual and club performance goals.
- Collaborate with club leadership to help create a positive, high-performing environment centered around teamwork, accountability, and results.
- Develop the leadership, communication, and operational skills needed to prepare for future management opportunities.
