O2 Employment Services is working with a local property management company to find their next Front Desk Receptionist in Redding, CA. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping a busy office organized. The ideal candidate will be friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence.

Front Desk Receptionist Compensation & Benefits

$21 -$23 per hour, based on experience
Full-time opportunity
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications

Previous experience in property management, real estate, or related office administration required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, professional, and comfortable assisting a variety of people
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Dependable with excellent follow-through
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable learning new systems and asking questions
Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and online systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Must meet background screening, drug screening, and driving record requirements

Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist or direct callers appropriately
Welcome visitors and help connect them with the correct team member
Communicate with residents, property owners, applicants, vendors, and staff
Manage messages, emails, documents, and routine office communication
Answer common questions and recognize when another team member should assist
Maintain organized records, follow-ups, and front office information
Use property management software and other online systems
Support the property management team with changing daily priorities
Ensure requests and assigned tasks are completed accurately and promptly
