Job Overview :

Janz & Knight, PLC is a Bloomfield Hills Certified Public Accounting firm established in 1954. We provide accounting, auditing, management consulting and tax preparation services to a diversified client base. Janz & Knight, PLC is experiencing growth and would like to add another CPA/TAX ACCOUNTANT to our team.

Position Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting;

· GPA of 3.0 or better;

· CPA license;

· Public accounting experience: 3 to 15 years;

· Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize;

· Good verbal and communication skills;

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

· Willing to be a Team player;

· QuickBooks proficiency is a plus;

· 401(K) audit experience is a plus;

· Dealership experience is a plus.

Position Summary:

· Full-time staff accountant position;

· Tax preparation and planning for businesses and individuals;

· Financial statement preparation (audit, review and compilations);

· Management consulting.
