About Us
Island Sash and Door is a leading provider of high-quality window, door and installation solutions for residential projects in the PNW. With a focus on top quality manufacturers, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and innovative products. We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to support and expand our customer base as well as build lasting client relationships in the Central Oregon market.

Position Summary

The experienced Window Sales Associate will manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing, with a focus on providing tailored solutions to meet current and future customer needs. The client base consists of Custom Home Builders, Remodeling Contractors, Architects, and Homeowners. This role requires a self-motivated, results-driven professional who can conduct client consultations, prepare detailed quotes, and consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

Prospecting: Actively pursue new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of self-generated and company/vendor provided leads.
Conduct Consultations: Perform showroom and job-site consultations to assess customer needs and present product options.
Deliver Presentations: Educate customers on the features, benefits, and energy efficiency of our window/door products through compelling and informative presentations.
Provide Estimates and Quotes: Create timely and accurate product and installation estimates and follow up with prospective clients.
Close Sales: Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the installation and office staff to ensure a smooth and seamless project from sale to completion.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our vendors’ products, market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven successful track record of 2+ years in window and door sales.
Sales Acumen: Strong sales abilities with a consultative approach, capable of overcoming objections and closing high-value deals.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills for building rapport with a diverse range of clients.
Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of window products, materials, and residential construction practices.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office).
Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Projected Total Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
