Full Job Description

Job Description:

We are a growing machine shop looking to hire reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machinists. This position involves running pre-set CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints.

Some programming and/or setup required. Operators will load parts, run production jobs, inspect finished pieces, make minor adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC milling or turning machines (machines are pre-programmed and pre-set).
Read and follow blueprints and job instructions.
Load raw material and unload finished parts.
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Monitor machines during operation for proper function and quality.
Perform general machine upkeep and keep work area clean.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Requirements:

Familiarity with CNC milling or turning.
Ability to read blueprints and understand part specifications.
Experienced use of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Willingness to learn and follow direction.
Previous machine shop or manufacturing experience.

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience working in a production environment.
