About the Role: As the Director of Operations, you will be the driving force behind our expanding Medicare Advantage call center operations. Your leadership will empower a team of talented Sales Managers and licensed brokers across multiple states to exceed sales goals while ensuring strict adherence to CMS regulations. You’ll build and guide a high-performance inside sales team that drives revenue growth, improves operational efficiency, and delivers exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Inspire: Guide a team of Sales Managers to achieve and exceed corporate sales goals and performance targets.
Strategic Vision: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive membership growth and financial success.
Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, optimize sales performance, and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
Team Development: Cultivate a high-performance culture by hiring, training, and developing top-tier sales talent. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to maximize team success.
Compliance & Excellence: Ensure that your team consistently meets CMS regulations and company standards while maintaining high levels of quality and operational excellence.
Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with HR, Sales Support, IT, QA, and Training to streamline processes, enhance performance, and foster a supportive team environment that aligns with our company’s mission and values.
Operational Ownership: Manage budgets, KPIs, and P&L to ensure the success of the call center operations while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: 7+ years in sales management, including leading large-scale inside sales teams (100+ agents). Experience in a Medicare sales environment is a plus!
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, driving performance and inspiring excellence.
Sales Expertise: Deep knowledge of inside sales operations, call center technology, and effective sales techniques that lead to exceptional results.
Strategic Mindset: A proactive, hands-on leader with a clear strategic vision and the ability to manage complex situations and drive operational performance.
CMS Knowledge: Strong understanding of CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage products is preferred.
Communication & Influence: Comfortable interfacing with senior executives and clients, presenting ideas and leading meetings to drive results.
Integrity & Accountability: Strong personal and professional ethics with the ability to independently manage teams and projects with a high degree of accountability.

Required Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent
7+ years of inside sales management experience, including leading a call center team
Prior experience managing a team in a 100+ seat call center environment is essential
A strong understanding of sales technology and tools is a must

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
In-depth knowledge of Medicare, CMS regulations, and healthcare industry trends

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment
Ability to travel domestically (25%)
