Wedding Photography Booking & Sales Consultant

Love weddings? Enjoy helping people and closing sales? We're looking for a warm, friendly, and motivated Wedding Photography Booking & Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for couples planning one of the biggest days of their lives.

You'll answer questions, guide couples through our photography packages, and help them confidently book with us.

Schedule:

We're looking for someone who can consistently work:

Saturday: 6-8 hours
Sunday: 6-8 hours

This position averages 12-16 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to leads via phone, email, text, and live chat.
Help couples choose the photography package that best fits their wedding.
Guide clients from their first inquiry through booking.
Build genuine relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Keep detailed notes in our CRM for follow-up and organization.
Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

Friendly, positive, and professional communication skills.
Sales or customer service experience.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and dependable attendance.
Passion for weddings is a huge plus.
