About the Role
We are looking for a Client Success Manager who enjoys building strong, long-term relationships with clients and helping them get real value from our services.

In this role you will primarily focus on supporting existing clients — making sure they feel well taken care of, that their needs are understood, and that they remain successful with us over time. Because our client base in the United States is still growing, you will also spend a portion of your time identifying and connecting with potential new clients. Once a new client begins working with us, you will own that relationship and continue supporting them as their Client Success Manager.

This is a high-trust, fully remote role for someone who is organized, thoughtful in their communication, and genuinely interested in client success.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
Conduct regular check-ins to understand how clients are progressing and address any concerns early
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients receive timely and high-quality support
Monitor account health and take proactive steps to support retention
Identify and reach out to potential new clients who may benefit from our services
Guide new clients through the early stages of working with us and then continue supporting them long-term
Keep clear and organized notes on client interactions and needs

Requirements

Experience managing client relationships in a professional services, agency, or similar environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client relationships with care and organization
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
Willingness and ability to both support existing clients and prospect for new ones
Current and valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) or Dex Management Group Manager Certification (DEX-MGM) in the Sales & Customer Success domain

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting clients in a subscription or ongoing-service model
Familiarity with CRM tools
Background in marketing or small-business services
