With over 30 years of domain expertise combined with advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, and automation, we help providers improve reimbursement performance, accelerate cash flow, reduce denials, and optimize overall revenue cycle efficiency.

We are seeking a highly experienced Director – AR Operations & Revenue Performance (Professional & Facility) to lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations across both professional and facility billing environments. This role is focused on AR strategy, denial management, reimbursement optimization, cash acceleration, and KPI-driven operational excellence across onshore and offshore teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in AR performance management across professional and facility billing, including aging management, denial trends, payer behavior analysis, collections strategy, and revenue recovery in a high-volume RCM environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Accounts Receivable operations across professional and facility billing portfolios.
Drive performance against cash collection targets, AR reduction goals, aging benchmarks, and reimbursement KPIs.
Analyze AR trends, payer behavior, denial patterns, underpayments, and revenue leakage across both billing types.
Develop and execute AR strategies to improve collections, reduce denials, and accelerate cash flow.
Manage complex AR follow-ups, escalations, denial resolution, appeals, and payer issue remediation.
Monitor key metrics including Days in AR, aging performance, collection rates, denial rates, first-pass resolution, net collection ratio, and cash posting accuracy.
Partner with internal and client stakeholders to deliver KPI-driven performance reviews and revenue improvement initiatives.
Lead onshore and offshore AR teams, ensuring productivity, quality, accountability, and SLA compliance.
Act as senior escalation point for high-value accounts, payer disputes, and reimbursement delays.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive AR strategies.
Build executive dashboards, forecasting models, and AR performance scorecards.
Collaborate with automation and analytics teams to improve AR workflows and reporting visibility.
Ensure compliance with payer requirements and billing guidelines for both professional and facility services.
Drive continuous improvement and operational scaling initiatives across AR functions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
12+ years of progressive RCM experience with strong focus on Accounts Receivable operations.
Minimum 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing AR teams and KPI-driven revenue cycle operations.
Strong experience across both Professional and Facility billing environments (required).
Proven expertise in AR analysis, denial management, appeals, collections, and cash acceleration strategies.
Strong understanding of payer behavior, reimbursement models, and revenue leakage identification.
Demonstrated success in improving AR days, cash collections, and operational KPIs.
Experience managing offshore and onshore delivery teams.
Strong client-facing experience in vendor or third-party RCM environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven remote environment aligned with US hours.
Must have a dedicated home office setup and reliable high-speed internet connection.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
