Position Summary:

Supports the Corporate Insurance Team by handling insurance-related administrative and operational tasks and collaborating across the organization. ·
Works with local practices to identify and address insurance risks arising from daily operations, contracts, and business transactions.
Coordinates with external insurance brokers and assists with annual renewals, due diligence activities, policy changes, and coverage placement.
Processes insurance requests such as certificates of insurance, tail coverage quotes, and policy endorsements.
Maintains and tracks insurance data using tools like Smartsheet, Excel, and databases, while supporting other assigned insurance-related responsibilities.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, including providing practical guidance while considering legal and business risks. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of insurance industry experience (healthcare experience preferred), and insurance certifications such as CISR, CIC, CPCU, CWCA, or AAI (encouraged but not required).

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
