Sales Opener / Appointment Setter Opportunity

Position Summary

Brandsonia Marketing Agency is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Opener / Appointment Setter to support

client acquisition efforts for the Rooted Concierge(TM) Pilot Program.

The Sales Opener is responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and

scheduling discovery sessions for the Brandsonia sales team.

This role is focused on outreach, communication, qualification, and pipeline management rather than closing sales.

Outbound Outreach & Relationship Building

● Initiate outbound communication through Instagram, LinkedIn, email, phone, and other approved channels.

● Reach out to potential business owners, founders, executives, and decision-makers using Brandsonia-approved

messaging and scripts.

● Build and maintain professional conversations with leads.

● Support lead generation through networking events, trade shows, job fairs, community events, vendor events,

business expos, referrals, and other approved in-person or online opportunities.

● Identify opportunities wherever an aligned client, referral partner, or strategic relationship may come from.

Lead Qualification

● Conduct preliminary qualification conversations to determine whether prospects align with Brandsonia's target

audience and service offerings.

● Identify businesses that may benefit from the Rooted Concierge(TM) framework.

● Screen for decision-maker access, urgency, budget alignment, business fit, and willingness to attend a

discovery session.

● Disqualify poor-fit leads before they reach the closer or founder.

Appointment Setting

● Schedule qualified discovery calls for Brandsonia's sales closers and leadership team.

● Coordinate scheduling, calendar booking, appointment confirmations, and reminder follow-ups.

● Reduce no-shows by confirming prospect attendance and sending pre-call expectations.

CRM & Pipeline Management

● Maintain accurate lead records inside GoHighLevel CRM.

● Update lead statuses, notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline stages consistently.

● Document all lead activity within 24 hours.

● Ensure no lead, referral, event contact, or opportunity exists outside the CRM.

Follow-Up Communication

● Maintain consistent follow-up communication with leads who express interest.

● Re-engage inactive or previous leads within the system when appropriate.

● Use approved scripts, templates, and follow-up sequences to keep communication consistent.

Performance Expectations

● Maintain consistent weekly outreach activity.

● Generate qualified discovery sessions and support pipeline growth.

● Provide clear daily or weekly activity updates as requested by Brandsonia leadership.

● Help Brandsonia build repeatable lead flow and recurring revenue opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Comfortable with outbound messaging, networking, follow-up, and relationship-building.

● Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with CRM updates.

● Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

● Familiarity with CRM systems, GoHighLevel, appointment setting, marketing agencies, or B2B outreach

preferred.

● Positive attitude and willingness to learn within a startup environment.

Compensation Structure

● Independent Contractor (1099).

● Commission-based compensation structure.

● Compensation may include a flat-rate payment per qualified appointment that attends, a percentage

commission on successfully closed deals, or a hybrid structure depending on experience and performance.

● Final compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.

Additional Terms

● Openers are not authorized to negotiate pricing, close sales, modify service scope, or promise additional

services.

● All outreach messaging must align with Brandsonia's approved scripts and positioning.

● Consistent CRM documentation and communication tracking are required.

Pay: $200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
