Full Job Description

Sell AI software that home-service businesses actually need — and get paid every month they stay.

We build AI tools for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, and auto-repair businesses: software that answers missed calls, turns photos into quotes, chases unpaid invoices, books jobs, and more. 18 tools plus custom builds, all under one roof. Most owners know AI is out there — they just don't know where to start. You're the person who shows them.

This is a commission-only, 1099, fully remote role. You set your own hours, and the earning ceiling is your own pipeline.

What you'd do

- Reach out to local service businesses — your own network, your market, or leads

- Show owners how one or two tools fix a problem they feel every day

- Book qualified meetings and help close, solo or alongside a senior closer

- Earn residual income every month your accounts stay active

How you get paid

- $25 for every qualified meeting — paid even if the deal doesn't close

- 30% of the client's monthly payment when you co-close with a senior rep

- 50% when you run the deal solo

- You keep the setup fee on every deal you close — typically $200 to $500

- Residual is paid every month the client stays active, so your income stacks as your book of business grows

- Recruit another strong rep and earn a 10% override on what they close, too

About the residual income (worth understanding before you apply)

Most sales jobs pay you once for a sale, then reset you to zero the next month. This one is different: you earn a share of each client's payment every month they stay with us — for the life of the account. The deals you close don't just pay once; they keep paying while the client keeps using the software. Build a steady book of accounts and you have recurring income that shows up whether or not you close something new that month.

To be straight with you: it isn't passive and it isn't instant. It takes time to build, and the residual only continues while your clients stay active and happy with the product. But true residual income like this is rare in sales — most reps never get a shot at it — and it's the part of this role most worth understanding.

What the math can look like (an example — not a guarantee; residual depends on your accounts staying active)

- Say you close 8 deals a month, each paying about $200/month for their tools.

- Co-closing at 30%, that's about $60/month per account — every month that client stays.

- Month 1, you're at about $480/month in residual. By month 6, about $2,900/month. By month 12, if your accounts stick, about $5,700/month in recurring income — and it keeps stacking into year two without a single new sale.

- On top of that, setup fees: 8 deals a month at about $300 each is roughly $2,400/month in upfront pay.

- Plus $25 for every qualified meeting you book.

- Run your deals solo instead of co-closing and your residual rate jumps from 30% to 50%.

- Someone who can hold a real conversation with a business owner (phone, in-person, or video)

- Coachable and consistent — we'll train you on the product and the pitch

- Prior sales experience is a plus, not a requirement

- Reliable internet and a phone
