Customer Care Agent

We're looking for a Customer Care Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, technologically savvy, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers needing support, helping coordinate service requests, communicate updates, and ensure every interaction reflects FlexTG's commitment to excellence.

Location & Work Arrangement

Applicants must physically reside in the United States.

This position is remote for employees located outside a 40-mile radius of a FlexTG office.

Employees residing within 40 miles of a FlexTG office are expected to work a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office.

Compensation

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Work Authorization

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM MST

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously while documenting customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate service requests and provide proactive updates to customers, technicians, and vendors.
Monitor open service calls to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Accurately process and invoice completed service calls.
Partner with third-party vendors and field technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Manage a high-volume workload while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Resolve customer concerns with empathy, urgency, and accountability.
Balance incoming calls, emails, tickets, and service updates throughout the day.
Build trust with customers by setting clear expectations and communicating proactively.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Call center, service coordination, dispatch, help desk, technical support, or customer care experience.
Experience working with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or service management software.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
Experience supporting customers over phone, email, and ticketing systems simultaneously.
