Full Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Healthcare Consultant . This is a 12 Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is in US (Remote) . Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Rate: $50 - $60/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

5 years of experience in Healthcare Consulting / Healthcare Analytics / Contact Center Consulting.
Strong understanding of contact center metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, SLA, occupancy, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboarding, DAX, data modeling).
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Experience in sales analytics and reporting.
Experience in forecasting and predictive analysis (call volume, sales, workforce planning).
Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into business recommendations.
