Independent SaaS Sales Representative — 20% Lifetime Recurring Commission + Milestone Bonuses

Help Grow a SaaS Platform Built for the Lumber Industry

MillVault is an inventory management platform built specifically for sawmills, lumber dealers, and wood products businesses.

We’ve built the product and are now looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional who can help us put it in front of the businesses that need it.

This is an independent, commission-based opportunity with one major difference:

You continue earning from the customers you bring to MillVault.

We’re also looking beyond MillVault. As the business grows and develops additional products for the timber and lumber industry, we’re looking for someone who has the potential to grow with us and ultimately take on a Head of Sales role.

Compensation

Earn 20% recurring commission for the lifetime of every qualifying customer you acquire.

No base pay or benefits: recurring commission and cash bonuses only.

As long as a customer you bring to MillVault remains a paying subscriber, you continue receiving 20% of the subscription revenue collected from that account—even as you continue adding new customers to your book of business.

Current Subscription Plans

Basic — $29/month20% commission = $5.80/month per active subscription

Premium — $39/month20% commission = $7.80/month per active subscription

Customer Acquisition Bonuses

In addition to recurring commission, you’ll earn milestone bonuses for building your individual MillVault subscriber base:

First 25 qualifying subscriptions — $500 bonus

First 50 qualifying subscriptions — $1,000 bonus

First 100 qualifying subscriptions — $2,500 bonus

Bonuses are cumulative: Reach 100 qualifying subscriptions and you’ll have earned $4,000 in milestone bonuses, in addition to your ongoing 20% recurring commissions.

To count toward a milestone bonus, a subscription must remain active and paid for more than one full month. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, complimentary, or otherwise non-paying accounts do not count toward milestone totals.

What You’ll Do

You’ll have significant freedom to develop the sales approach that works best for you, including:

Prospecting sawmills, lumber dealers, and wood products businesses
Direct outreach by phone, email, social media, and industry networks
Demonstrating MillVault to prospective customers
Developing relationships with business owners
Following prospects through the sales process
Closing new subscription accounts
Identifying new markets and customer-acquisition opportunities
Providing feedback directly to the founder about what customers want

We’re interested in results—not micromanaging how you get them.

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you’re:

Experienced in B2B, SaaS, or commission-based sales
Comfortable prospecting and speaking directly with business owners
Self-directed and entrepreneurial
Interested in building a recurring book of commissions
Able to learn a specialized software product and clearly communicate its value
Interested in taking on greater responsibility as MillVault grows

Experience in SaaS, lumber, sawmills, forestry, woodworking, building materials, or related industries is particularly valuable, but not required.

Advancement Opportunity

We’re looking for more than someone to work through a lead list.

As MillVault grows, we intend to expand our sales operation and explore additional products and services serving the timber, lumber, sawmill, forestry, and wood-products industries.

Our early sales representatives will be among the first people considered for advancement into a Head of Sales position.

The right person could eventually help develop our sales strategy, build repeatable sales systems, recruit and manage additional representatives, and lead customer acquisition for MillVault and future industry products.

Advancement will be based on performance, demonstrated leadership, and company growth.

Why MillVault?

MillVault operates in a specialized B2B niche where many businesses still manage valuable lumber inventory using spreadsheets, handwritten records, or software that wasn’t designed specifically for their industry.

We’re looking for someone who sees the opportunity in that.

Rather than earning a one-time commission and moving on, you’re building your own portfolio of MillVault customers.

Sell once. Continue earning while the customer stays.

At 100 Premium subscribers, for example, your book would generate approximately $780/month in recurring commission, or $9,360/year, in addition to the $4,000 in milestone bonuses earned along the way.

Continue growing beyond 100 customers and your recurring commissions continue growing with you.

For the right person, the opportunity also extends beyond individual sales into potentially leading the sales organization as MillVault and our future timber and lumber industry products grow.
