About Us

Passive Income Dentist (PID) is an online coaching and education company helping Dentist business owners build practices that don't depend on them being in the chair, through programs, a membership community, and hands-on implementation coaching.

Our founder, Dr. Mark Hower, scaled his own practice to 8 figures and stepped out of day-to-day operations; now our Mastermind program teaches other dental business owners to do the same.

Why This Role Exists

Our members' success is not about information; it depends on implementation.

As an Implementation Partner, you'll work 1:1 with a group of Mastermind Members, to help them turn what they learn in the Mastermind into what actually changes in their practice.

You'll work alongside the business owners and their team to help each assigned member master the Dental Business Operating System (DBOS), build alignment in their team, and gain real traction in their business.

Your role is critical because you help each member develop the skills to move from Dentist to Dental Entrepreneur, by keeping them on track, holding them accountable to their goals, and troubleshooting the real operational problems that come up along the way.

What You'll Own

This role is built around three functions:

Accountability (every call ends with clear action items, and you follow up on the last ones), emotional support, and strategy (prioritization, leadership, and rolling out systems).

Member retention in this program tracks closely to the quality of the Implementation Partner relationship, so unlike a lot of coaching roles, your day-to-day work has a direct, visible line to whether the business grows

Some core responsibilities are:

Run regular 1:1 coaching calls with your assigned members, tracking progress in Notion
Hold members accountable to the DBOS implementation between calls
Respond to members in the community and help them troubleshoot and overcome the roadblocks in their implementation journey
Flag opportunities to improve the member experience and help build coaching resources
Attend the online live training and Q&A sessions to help your members get the best out of them.

What We're Looking For

3+ years managing a large dental office or working for a Dental Service Organization (DSO), at the Operations Manager or Regional Manager level.
Direct experience coaching or mentoring dental practice owners or teams
Track record supporting practices at multi-7-figure to 8-figure revenue

Core competencies:

Comfortable building strategic plans and holding people accountable to them
Desired familiarity with EOS or a comparable operating framework
Strong written and verbal communication

Critical Soft Skills (Deal-Breakers)

Able to take ownership with minimal supervision and uphold confidentiality
Easily builds rapport with entrepreneurs and is genuinely invested in their success, not just going through the motions
Reliable and responsive: this role requires consistent availability, not just call completion
Professional, direct written and verbal communication
