We are a fast-growing DTC pet health brand dedicated to avian wellness. We're looking for a creative, data-driven eCommerce Brand Manager to help us scale our online presence and elevate our customer experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Ecommerce Brand Manager to elevate our online presence and drive brand growth across digital platforms. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, manage product listings, and analyze market trends to ensure our brand stands out in a competitive e-commerce landscape.

Think of this role as a ground up brand building experience offering an exciting opportunity to shape brand identity, engage consumers through multichannel marketing, and contribute to the overall success of our digital sales channels.

This is a flexible, 20-hour-a-week position perfect for a seasoned digital marketer or brand strategist looking for a high-impact, part-time role. Some overlap of pacific time zone daily work hours required during the week for meetings and check ins. Key Responsibilities

Storefront Management: Oversee the daily operations of our [Shopify/Amazon/Walmart/Ebay] store, ensuring product listings, pricing, and inventory statuses are accurate and optimized. Some of these platforms are clunky and rigid so experience troubleshooting listing issues and classification errors (ex. removing improper hazmat designations, ensuring sku measurements are accurate, troubleshooting inbound shipment errors, etc.) is required.
Social Media Presence: Proven experience in social media management, product management, branding, or digital marketing within an e-commerce environment. Facilitate the production of compelling content for promotional materials and social media assets.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and elevate the brand’s visual and written identity across the website, email campaigns, and paid media assets. Knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies including public relations, B2B marketing approaches, and influencer collaborations.
New Product Campaign & Promo Launch Execution: Coordinate digital marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social, paid media), seasonal promotions, and new product rollouts from conception to execution.
Execute / Budget Paid Media: Analyze user behavior and website metrics to implement changes that improve customer journeys, average order value (AOV), and conversion rates. Analyze campaign performance metrics and sales data to refine strategies, improve ROI, stay within ROAS / ACOS targets, and achieve key performance indicators.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report weekly on key eCommerce metrics (traffic, conversion rate, CAC, LTV) and present actionable insights. Monitor industry developments in digital marketing, e-commerce best practices, and branding techniques to keep our approach innovative and effective.

Proficiency with the following channels / platforms: Amazon (Seller Central), Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Klaviyo, GA4, Helium 10 or similar.

Competent graphic design skills using tools like Adobe, Canva, general AI for content creation is plus.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple projects effectively. We value creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for building brands that resonate with consumers worldwide!
