Job Summary

micro1 is engaging Management Consultants and Business Strategy Specialists to contribute their expertise to a high-impact AI training project for a customer. In this role, you'll apply your consulting experience to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models analyze, reason, and generate strategic business recommendations through high-quality, real-world input.

This is an hourly-paid contract opportunity for professionals with backgrounds in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or operational excellence. You will help develop and evaluate strategic business content, executive communications, market analyses, and decision-making frameworks that improve AI capabilities.

No prior AI experience is required. Your consulting and business expertise are what matter most.

Scope of Work

Develop and review strategic recommendations based on client objectives, business priorities, and industry best practices.
Create executive-level presentations, business reports, and slide decks with clear narratives, compelling visualizations, and data-driven insights.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and operational assessments, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Build and interpret financial models, business cases, forecasting scenarios, and strategic analyses.
Review and critique business documents, providing structured feedback to improve clarity, logic, and executive impact.
Design evaluation rubrics, scoring frameworks, and assessment criteria based on presentations, reports, and other business materials.
Summarize complex business information into concise, decision-ready insights that support AI training and evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a Management Consultant, Strategy Consultant, Corporate Strategy Manager, Business Consultant, Transformation Consultant, or Big 4 Consultant.
Strong experience developing executive presentations, board-level materials, business reports, and strategic recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex business concepts clearly and professionally.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into structured frameworks and executive summaries.
Experience designing business frameworks, evaluation rubrics, scorecards, or strategic assessment methodologies.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a remote, distributed project environment.
