We are currently onboarding a select group of 3-4 ambitious, high-energy Appointment Setters / SDRs to join our scaling phase. This is a premium remote opportunity combining a secure financial baseline with aggressive, uncapped commission upside.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone/dialer , LinkedIn, SMS, other social media handles and email using our messaging frameworks.
- Lead Qualification: Direct-dial business owners, handle objection workflows, identify critical operational pain points, and qualify prospects.
- The Hunter Mindset: While we equip you with high-converting GHL pipelines and warm data, you will actively self-source additional angles and prospects to ensure you consistently crush your metrics.
- Calendar Control: Secure a minimum of 2 to 4 qualified booked appointments per week (12 to 20+ per month) onto our sales closers' calendars across multiple US time zones.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain flawless, real-time tracking, notes, and pipeline status updates inside our GoHighLevel CRM.
Role Requirements Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable Dealbreakers):
- Location: Must be physically located in the United States.
- Shift Commitment: Fully committed to working full-time remote shifts of 30–40+ hours per week (6–8 hours per day) strictly within our core business window of ~11:00 AM – ~8:00 PM EST.
- Elite Communication: Native-level verbal and written English skills with a highly professional, persuasive, and empathetic phone presence.
- Accountability: High operational urgency, exceptional coachability, and total comfort navigating a fast-paced, metrics-driven startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in high-volume outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
- Technical proficiency navigating GoHighLevel pipelines and other crm's
- A dedicated, completely silent remote workspace with a high-speed internet connection optimized for continuous outbound dialing.
Compensation, KPIs & Career Trajectory
We provide our outbound team with a steady financial floor paired with massive performance incentives:
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 / month (Determined by outbound track record and voice evaluation).
- Uncapped Commissions & Tiered Bonuses: High-converting payout structures based directly on appointments booked and appointment quality.
- Realistic Earning Potential (OTE):
- Onboarding / Early Stage: ~$3,500 – $5,000 / month
- Top Performers / Scaled: ~$7,000 – $8,500+ / month
- The Baseline Evaluation: All contracts begin with a strict 5 to 7 day performance baseline evaluation to audit team communication, shift consistency, and outreach metrics.
- Career Growth: Strong performers who consistently hit tracking metrics will have prioritized pathways to transition into Full-Time Closer roles (AEs), higher-tier commission structures, and internal leadership positions as the agency scales.
