Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Hotel Sales / Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. Duties

Lead and manage the hotel sales team to achieve and surpass revenue targets through strategic planning and effective management practices.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the corporate hospitality market, including B2B sales initiatives.
Train on-site staff and provide daily goals and oversight.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners to expand business opportunities.
Utilize advanced sales management systems such as Salesforce Cloud and sales analytics tools to track performance, analyze trends, and generate detailed reports for executive review.
Drive business development efforts by identifying new markets, negotiating deals, and closing high-value contracts that align with company goals.
Oversee revenue management activities by analyzing market data, adjusting pricing strategies, and optimizing room inventory for maximum profitability.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns that promote hotel offerings and attract targeted customer segments.
Manage account portfolios proactively to ensure high levels of customer service, satisfaction, and retention across all client accounts.Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales within the hospitality or related industries, demonstrating success in B2B environments.
Strong management background with experience leading sales teams or business development management functions.
Proficiency in sales management systems such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; familiarity with Salesforce Cloud is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data using sales analytics & reporting tools to inform strategic decisions.
Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing large deals in a corporate or enterprise selling environment.
Expertise in technical sales of SaaS products or technology solutions relevant to the hospitality sector is a plus.
Excellent leadership qualities with experience managing executive-level teams and developing effective sales strategies.
Strong communication skills combined with a customer service-oriented mindset that fosters long-term client relationships.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
