Remote Hotel Reservations & Guest Sales Specialist

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base Pay + Uncapped Sales Commissions

Applicants must reside in one of our currently approved hiring states: Texas, Tennessee, Indiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Alabama, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, or Kansas.

About Us

Somers Capital owns and operates a growing portfolio of boutique hotels across the United States. We are vertically integrated with our management arm, Somers Collection. We currently manage 6 unique boutique hotels with 2 additional properties closing soon, and we're building a world-class reservations team that delivers exceptional guest experiences while driving additional revenue through thoughtful upselling.

Position Overview

As a Remote Hotel Reservations & Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for guests calling our hotels. You'll assist guests with reservations, answer questions about their stay, and recommend upgrades and add-on experiences that enhance their visit.

This role is a blend of customer service and sales, making it perfect for someone who enjoys helping people while earning additional commissions.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls for our boutique hotel portfolio
Assist guests with new reservations and reservation modifications
Provide exceptional customer service before and during each guest's stay
Upsell premium guest experiences, including:
Early Check-In
Late Check-Out
Wine & Champagne Packages
Romance Packages
Premium Room Upgrades
Special Occasion Packages
Additional hotel amenities and services
Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns
Maintain accurate reservation information
Work closely with hotel management to ensure an outstanding guest experience
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Compensation

Base Pay + Uncapped Sales Commissions
We're looking for competitive, sales-driven professionals who want the opportunity to increase their income through performance-based commissions.
Top performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their monthly earnings through commissions.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Speaks fluent English with excellent communication skills
Has previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, or sales experience (preferred)
Is comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
Has a friendly, energetic, and positive attitude
Enjoys helping people while confidently recommending upgrades
Is organized and detail-oriented
Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
Is reliable and self-motivated while working remotely
Has a quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

Hotel or hospitality experience
Call center experience
Sales or upselling experience
Experience using reservation systems or CRMs (training provided)
