Full Job Description

ARK Hospitality is searching for a strategic Revenue Manager to maximize hotel revenue and market share across a select and extended stay hotel portfolio. This role goes beyond financial impact—through collaboration, training, and strategic leadership, the Revenue Manager will contribute to the overall success of the organization. If you have a passion for analytics, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization, we invite you to apply.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities:

Monitor market trends, demand forecasts, and competitor pricing to optimize rates.
Ensure hotel pricing and distribution strategies align with brand standards and market conditions.
Identify opportunities to improve market share and overall revenue performance.
Lead revenue forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned properties.
Monitor and evaluate hotel performance through reports such as STR and segmentation reports.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with hotel teams and leadership.
Deep understanding of pricing models, distribution channels, and market segmentation.
Ability to oversee multiple properties and adapt to changing market conditions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in revenue management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
