Position: Telemedicine Medical Cannabis Physician – TX, AR & WV. Independent Contractor | Part-Time |Full-Time/ Fully Remote

Compensation: $20 per completed patient appointment

About Elevate Holistics: Elevate Holistics is an established telemedicine company focused on making access to medical cannabis evaluations simple, compassionate, and compliant. Since 2020, we've helped patients navigate their state's medical cannabis programs through convenient virtual appointments, knowledgeable providers, and a dedicated support team that assists patients before and after their visit. We believe providers should be able to focus on what they do best: evaluating and caring for patients. Our team handles scheduling, patient support, technology assistance, state-process guidance, and administrative coordination so our physicians aren't left managing the entire patient experience alone.

The Opportunity: We are currently seeking MDs or DOs licensed in Texas, Arkansas, and/or West Virginia to join our growing telemedicine provider network.This is a fully remote independent contractor opportunity with a flexible schedule. Patient appointments are brief and streamlined, while still allowing providers to conduct appropriate medical evaluations, review relevant history, educate patients, and determine whether medical cannabis is appropriate under applicable state requirements.

What You'll Do:

Conduct virtual medical cannabis evaluations via telemedicine
Review patient medical history, intake information, and applicable screening forms
Determine patient eligibility in accordance with state laws and regulations
Provide appropriate education and guidance regarding medical cannabis
Complete required clinical documentation and certifications
Maintain professional, compassionate, and compliant patient interactions
Collaborate with the Elevate Holistics support and operations teams when patient or administrative issues arise

What Elevate Provides: Our providers are supported by an experienced operations and patient-support team.We handle:

Patient scheduling
Patient intake and administrative support
Appointment reminders and communication
Assistance with state-specific processes
Technical and platform support
Patient questions before and after appointments
Administrative coordination and troubleshooting

Qualifications Required:

Active, unrestricted MD or DO license
Licensed to practice in Texas, Arkansas, and/or West Virginia
Comfortable providing telemedicine services
Strong communication skills and professional bedside manner
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote support team

Preferred:

Medical cannabis certification/evaluation experience
Familiarity with state medical cannabis programs
Experience providing telehealth services
Licensure in multiple states

Schedule: We are interested in providers with availability during one or more of the following:

Weekdays
Evenings
Weekends

Availability can be structured around your existing practice or other professional commitments.
