Full Job Description

Nieto Engineering Inc. (est. 1992) is hiring 5-10 independent sales representatives to sell our portfolio of 60+ AI-powered technology products. This is a 1099 commission-only role — no base salary, no cap on earnings.

COMPENSATION:

20% commission on all closed revenue (immediate)
22.5% after sustaining $10K+/mo for 2 consecutive months
25% (cap) after sustaining $30K+/mo for 3 consecutive months
Recurring commissions on SaaS subscriptions — you close it once, you earn every month
Performance bonuses: $500 at first $10K month, $1,000 at $25K, $2,500 at $50K, $5,000 at $100K

This is COMMISSION ONLY. No base salary. No benefits. 1099 contractor. You earn when you close.

WHAT YOU'LL SELL:

Business-in-a-Box packages ($1,500–$5,000 per close) — complete AI-powered business launch packages including website, AI chatbot, AI phone system, blog engine, and video commercial
Monthly SaaS subscriptions ($49–$599/mo) — across real estate, automotive, finance, government, and professional services
Enterprise solutions (custom pricing)

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

Complete product catalog with pricing and positioning for 60+ products
Sales scripts, objection handling guides, and demo videos for every product
CRM access for pipeline tracking
Weekly team Zoom for coaching and strategy
Marketing materials and branded sales collateral
AI-generated product commercials you can send directly to prospects
Training through our internal sales academy

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years B2B or technology sales experience
Comfortable with remote/Zoom-based selling
Self-motivated — you manage your own schedule and pipeline
US-based (for client timezone alignment)
Own equipment (laptop, phone, internet)
NOT for entry-level candidates — experienced sellers only

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Has sold SaaS, tech services, business packages, or professional services before
Has existing network of business owners/professionals
Prior commission-only or 1099 experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Comfortable explaining technology products to non-technical buyers

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:

People who need a base salary or guaranteed income
Entry-level candidates looking to "learn sales"
People who need hand-holding or daily management
Anyone not comfortable with outbound prospecting

EARNINGS EXAMPLES (realistic):

Part-time (10 hrs/wk): 2 closes/mo @ $2,500 = $1,000/mo
Full-time starter: 4 BiB + 10 SaaS = $2,000–$3,500/mo
Full-time performer: 8 BiB + 20 SaaS = $5,000–$8,500/mo
Top producer (6 months): Residual + new closes = $12,000–$20,000+/mo
