Healthcare Business Associates (HBA) provides elite, fractional commercial execution and operational infrastructure across the healthcare landscape. We act as a strategic extension for medical facilities—stepping in to drive aggressive revenue growth, secure lucrative B2B contracts, implement clinical trials, and streamline staffing pipelines without the burden of permanent six-figure corporate overhead.

The Role

We are seeking highly motivated, self-driven Independent Sales Executives to build pipelines, pitch our fractional growth services, and close high-value B2B deals. As a 1099 contractor, you act as the CEO of your own desk: you manage your schedule, work entirely remotely, and benefit from an uncapped, high-yield commission structure.

You will have the flexibility to sell into any (or all) of our five core target sectors, tailoring your outreach to the markets you know best.

The 5 Target Sectors & Solutions You Will Sell

Healthcare Practices & Cash-Pay Clinics: Target Practice Owners and Medical Directors. Sell turnkey clinical research integrations, high-intent digital marketing for cash-pay services, and direct clinical staffing pipelines.
Clinical Research Sites: Target Site Directors and Principal Investigators. Sell active study pipeline development (winning new trials), aggressive budget & contract negotiation, accelerated regulatory startup, and digital patient recruitment campaigns.
Hospital Systems & Regional Networks: Target C-Suite Executives (CSO, COO, CMO). Sell fractional enterprise strategy, turnkey clinical trial infrastructure, travel-nurse dependency reduction (direct staffing), and high-margin service line expansion.
Laboratory & Diagnostics: Target Lab Directors and CEOs. Sell B2B testing contract expansion, specialized digital brand marketing for underutilized testing panels, and operational vendor management.
Aesthetics, Medspas, & Beauty Companies: Target Practice Managers and Medical Directors. Sell predictable new customer traffic funnels, premium social media management, community event activations, and localized B2B referral pathways.

What We Provide (Sales Enablement)

You focus on closing; we give you the tools to succeed. HBA provides comprehensive sales enablement, including:

Proprietary CRM Access: For real-time pipeline management, metric tracking, and account protection.
Turnkey Sales Collateral: Company one-pagers, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) guides, scripts, and objection-handling matrices.
Clear Pricing Menus: Floor-to-ceiling Fair Market Value (FMV) ranges, giving you the autonomy to negotiate deals.
Proposal Support: Access to automated intake surveys and internal leadership support to help draft custom proposals for complex enterprise deals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven B2B Sales Experience: You know how to prospect, navigate gatekeepers, consult with decision-makers, and close complex deals.
Hunter Mentality: You are comfortable making cold calls, sending targeted outreach, and continuously filling your own pipeline.
Self-Starter: You thrive in an autonomous, 1099 environment and do not need to be micromanaged.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in medical device sales, healthcare consulting, clinical research, or pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred but not strictly required if you are a fast learner with a track record of closing.
Process-Driven: Willingness to diligently track all pipeline activities and client communications in our internal CRM.
