Company Description Valued Merchant Services (VMS) is a payment solutions provider focused on helping businesses significantly reduce credit and debit card processing costs. The company offers guaranteed low processing rates and fees, supported by local agents who deliver personalized service and free, no-obligation account analyses. VMS provides cost-effective payment solutions, state-of-the-art POS technology, next-day funding, and 24/7/365 technical support and customer service. Businesses can accept major card brands and benefit from additional services such as business loans, ATMs, gift and loyalty programs, eCommerce, mobile payments, check and ACH processing, payroll, consumer finance, and social and digital marketing solutions.

This is a full-time or part-time remote/hybrid in your (hometown) role for a Sales Service Representative at Valued Merchant Services. The Sales Service Representative will identify and contact prospective business clients, present VMS payment processing solutions, and explain cost savings opportunities based on current merchant statements. Responsibilities include conducting virtual or phone-based consultations, preparing and delivering customized pricing proposals, and guiding merchants through the onboarding and account setup process. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, responding to service questions, coordinating with internal support teams to resolve issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Service Representative will track activities in a CRM system, meet or exceed sales targets, and stay current on VMS products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

No base-pay, only commissions/residuals

This is a 1099 role

Must have a US-based banking/US Social Number for any onboarding steps!

Sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and account management.
Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
Basic financial and analytical skills to review merchant statements, compare rates and fees, and present cost-savings analyses.
Technical aptitude to learn payment processing systems, POS technology, eCommerce and mobile solutions, and related tools.
Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to manage a remote workload and meet performance goals.
Comfort working in a remote environment with proficiency in CRM software, video conferencing, email, and standard office applications.
Prior experience in merchant services, financial services, SaaS, or B2B sales is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: $57,206.00 - $101,228.00 per year
