About Us:

At Cadence Laboratory Services, we specialize in implementing and managing advanced PCR and clinical laboratories tailored specifically for physician practices. Our model helps medical practices bring PCR testing in-house, allowing them to provide faster, higher-quality patient care while creating a significant new revenue and profit center for their organization. We provide turnkey laboratory solutions, including setup, compliance, operations, staffing, and ongoing management.

Job Details:

We are looking for a proven, self-motivated Sales Manager who can rapidly expand our pipeline and help close new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is currently working in molecular diagnostics/PCR sales and has a demonstrated track record of successfully selling PCR testing services to private medical practices. Existing relationships with urology, gynecology, podiatry, urgent care, internal medicine, family medicine, and other high-PCR-utilization specialties would be highly valuable.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and capable of identifying, developing, and closing large physician-practice opportunities. We are particularly interested in candidates who have already demonstrated success growing market share within the molecular diagnostics and PCR testing space and who can bring a meaningful network of physician relationships to the organization.

Compensation is highly competitive and includes:

Base salary: $125,000+
Significant performance-based commissions and bonuses
Realistic total compensation potential of $500,000+ annually for top performers
Potential equity participation for exceptional candidates based on performance and strategic contribution

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field of study; or an equivalent level of competencies, skills and experience.
Superior understanding and knowledge of PCR testing, and ability to explain and sell to prospective clients.
5+ years sales experience required.
Established relationships with medical providers is essential to success.
Must possess valid driver’s license and maintain state required insurance vehicle coverage.
